From the precious collection, Reine de Naples, 18-carat white gold case with a curved oval shape, with a finely ribbed edge. Bezel, flange and lug set with 139 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 1,255K). Crown set with a briolette diamond (approx. 0.26K). Sapphire caseback. Dimensions: 33 x 24.95 mm. Watertight 3 bar (30 m).

White natural mother-of-pearl dial. Individually numbered and signed, Breguet. Breguet hour dial with Arabic numerals off-center at 6 o'clock. Breguet de pomme évidée hands in blued steel.
