The outer section of the dial is brushed blue and includes vertical teak bands and a circle of world destinations printed in red (GMT), silver (+1 h in summer) and blue (places without summer time).

The center of the dial contains a 24-hour crystal ring: light blue indicates daylight hours and dark blue, nighttime hours. The Earth's image is made on a grade 5 titanium plate. It has been laser cut to create the blue ocean and leave a relief of the continents. The contrasting colors of the earth's surface have been obtained naturally by the chemical reaction of the laser.
