El passat divendres 15 de mar\u00e7, en el marc de les AUDI FIS WORLD CUP FINALS, que van tenir lloc de l\u201911 al 17 de mar\u00e7 a Andorra, es va celebrar un sopar molt especial a Chef\u2019s Table, l\u2019espai gastron\u00f2mic de The Embassy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

L\u2019esdeveniment organitzat per Longines, cronometrador oficial del mundial, i Su\u00efssa Joiers, distribu\u00efdor oficial de la marca a Andorra, va comptar amb 40 convidats, entre ells hi trob\u00e0vem premsa internacional, representants de la marca, amb l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia del seu vicepresident, el Sr. Charles Villoz, i clients VIP. Com a convidada d\u2019honor va assistir-hi Paloma Lago, ambaixadora de Longines.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e0cies Longines per una nit inoblidable a The Embassy<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El sopar, en format c\u00f2ctel, creat per Oscar Manresa, Bernard Bach i Romain Fornell es va anomenar \u201cMen\u00fa de les 7 Parr\u00f2quies\u201d on es van degustar plats com ara, els ja m\u00edtics escamarlanets cruixents (en homenatge al chef Robuchon), el sorprenent bikini trufat amb formatge comt\u00e9, el salm\u00f3 miso amb fulla sisho, les delicioses patates \u201cChef\u2019s table\u201d amb allioli picant, entre molts altres. Les postres les van protagonitzar Nos Macarons Boutique, les fruites osmotitzades i l\u2019exquisit xarrup de su\u00eds. Tot aix\u00f2 acompanyat del Champagne Ayala i una delicada selecci\u00f3 de vi blanc i negre dissenyada per la sommelier de Chef\u2019s table, la Cristina Artigas.<\/p>\n
